Return & Exchange Policy
At Freedom Volt, we stand behind the quality of our products. We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items, whether defective or non-defective, in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Condition: Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all included components.

Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Accepted Reasons: We accept returns due to defects, shipping damage, or buyer’s remorse (change of mind).

Exchanges: Customers may request an exchange for the same item or another item of equal value.
How to Initiate a Return

Download Return Label
If your return is approved, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label for you to download and print. -
Package the Return
Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories, and affix the return label to the outside of the box. -
Ship the Item
Use a trackable shipping method and send the item within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Refunds & Fees

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns initiated for non-defective items.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:

Custom-built or made-to-order products

Digital downloads or gift cards

Opened sanitary or personal care products
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a free return label and offer either a full refund or an exchange.

Restocking fees do not apply to returns due to our error or product defects.
Missing Deliveries
If your product has not arrived by the expected delivery date:

Contact us promptly and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
